This is an intensive session to profile what stage you are at in your product journey. We will explore the frustrations you may have experienced and the vision you have. It will help to identify any gaps to address to achieve your goals. It will help to understand what we need to focus on. You will receive a recording of this meeting for your future reference.

What if I can't afford your services?

Don’t worry! I can be flexible and offer different packages based upon how much you would like me to be involved or I can support you to carry out the work yourself.

What is a JBP?

JBP stands for Joint Business Plan. Many retailers’ use these to put all of the information in one document. This includes the products, pricing, media, marketing support package, overrider and general business details. This is signed by both parties and is like an annual contract to work from.

How long does the listing process take?

Good question, unfortunately not a straightforward one to answer. It can depend upon buyer engagement, range review windows – in some categories these only happen once a year or less and they can be rated from 1* to 5*.

What is a USP?

A unique selling proposition. This is what sets you apart from your competitors, why is your product going to appeal to a customer – is it price, ethic, packaging or ingredients.
